The Kent Test registration will open from in June 2021 and close on early July 2021, for children due to start secondary school in September 2022.
When registration is open, you will need to register at Selection Tests
Selection Test is now complete for upcoming 2021/22 accademic year.
For you to be selected for a grammar school, you need to have attained the appropriate score in the Kent test. But passing the Kent test alone does not gurantee you space in the school of your choice. For individual schools admission criteria, see list of Grammar Schools below:
